So I just recently had my holiday in the Philippines and going to the Divine Mercy Shrine in El Salvador City, Philippines is one of the places I want to visit.

Well, I've been there before but it's good to go back and take pictures, especially when you have your beloved DSLR with you.

The very reason why we visit though is because my friends and I wants to thank our God Almighty for all the blessings we've received.... and taking pics is just my second priority.

Well, here are some of the pics I took :)

I've been meaning to do a levitation shot for a while now & earlier this afternoon I had the opportunity to force my sister, even though she's a terrible model. Haha! I don't have any choice. trololol (sorry bb)

The start ☺

Let me tell you a short story first :)

All my entire life, I knew within me that my passion was Videography & Photography*(slight) but I only realised that, 5 months ago ☺ haha! Seriously...

I really want to practise my skills in the field of Photography & Videography so I started researching on Google about what good DSLR to have to capture things on photo & video & most people suggested the Nikon D5100 DSLR camera.

I started researching about the Nikon D5100 and all its amazeballs features and I was comparing it to other dslr's too (I go to http://snapsort.com/ when I compare cameras. Such an amazing website not only for comparing but they recommend camera's to your liking) I told my Photographer aunt (https://www.facebook.com/CVAbasoloPhotography?fref=ts) that I want the D5100 but she suggested that I should get a mid-range dslr w/ professional features so she suggested that Nikon D7000 is amazeballs (It might not be intended as a professional camera, but it has so many pro features and capabilities) The camera is a bit expensive but it's REALLY worth the price.

Ok, so at that point, I decided that I really want to have that dslr so freaking bad. I cannot wait until I get my hands on that camera. *evil laugh*

I then started raping Google & Youtube. LOL I was researching about the basic camera settings like the ISO, Aperture, Shutter speed & etc. As days go by, I told myself that even though I'll view these videos & research these things a million times w/o owning a camera or practicing it w/ camera, I will still not be able to 'feel' it or 'understand' it fully!

My aunt couldn't wait any longer for me to have my own camera LOL so she lends me enough money to buy my VERY OWN D7000 yeyyyy! ♥ I bought my camera online on Jessops. The original price of my camera was £999.00 (w/ 18-105 lens VR kit) but because they were having a sale at that time, I've got an online discount of £100.00 *LuckyMe* (There's no more Jessops stores because they got bankrupt. Unbelievable)

This was just a photo that I downloaded from Google ☺

And FYI, I worked my ass off just to pay my Aunt. It took me 1 month of nonstop working to be able to pay my Aunt fully. Then I bought basic camera equipment/accessories like the steadicam, tripod, monopod,  LED light, two 32GB memory cards, extra battery, battery grip, remote, camera bag, shotgun mic (I forgot where I placed it. Still currently missing. lol) & my dslr cleaning kit :) I'm so far very happy with all that I purchased.

So I got my camera but unfortunately I didn't really had the time to play with it. I did use it but not as much as I thought I would.

So one day I was bored & had a lot of time to waste. LOL I asked my sister that I'll take portrait shots of her. 

So tadaa! Here are some of the photo's that was captured out of boredom (fyi, I also did her make-up. pffft)
